Your Home Inspection

Our inspections last from three to four hours, depending upon the size and complexity of the home being inspected. Our computerized reports are very easy to read and include all the findings, along with digital, color photos. If you are present at the inspection you will receive a 3-ring binder that includes the home inspection report, a home maintenance checklist, as well as a cost estimate guide for repairs.

For our out-of-State clients who are not able to attend the inspection: We will email you a PDF version of the inspection, along with digital color photos, and will discuss the findings on the phone with you.

Our home evaluation consists of up to 1,600 items inside and outside the home. Our inspector conducts a visual inspection of accessible systems and components of the home including:

  • Affiliate Member of the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors and the Central Southern Vermont Board of Realtors
  • Before becoming a home inspector Scott Stewart owned a very successful Engineering Company in Washington State
